Postdoctoral Research - PPGEpi

The post-doctoral internship at PPGEpi offers advanced training opportunities for individuals who hold a PhD degree or its equivalent, validated in Brazil. Prospective candidates should initiate the application process by contacting their prospective supervisor, who will guide them through the required procedures. Once arrangements between the candidate and supervisor are finalized, approval for the post-doctoral internship plan will be granted by the Board. The internship conducted at the program’s headquarters may extend for a maximum period of twelve (12) months.

During the post-doctoral internship, candidates are encouraged to enroll in selected courses offered during their stay, in consultation with their supervisor. Details about the doctoral program calendar can be found on the website, along with course specifics.

Although candidates are accepted into the PPGEpi post-doctoral program, material and financial resources for the outlined research activities are not guaranteed. The institution’s commitment focuses on providing access to existing infrastructure, with CAPES scholarships potentially available based on availability through a specific selection process announced.
